Walk
Every rider starts here. Including the ones who arrive knowing how.
Eight acres of red earth on Hosur Road, twenty minutes past Sarjapur. A club member of the Equestrian Federation of India, nine graded rider levels, and a stable of schooled horses. Taught by people who compete.

Levels 1–9
A graded syllabus, examined at every level
All ages
Children, adults and corporate groups
Trot
Two beats. The first thing that has to become automatic.

A class is one hour. You are given a horse suited to what you can already do, not the one that happens to be free. Gear is on the farm, so nothing has to be bought before you find out whether you like it.
Everything is examined. You do not move to the next level because a term ended; you move because you rode the level. That is what the certification is for, and it is why a Kings rider can go to another arena and be understood.
Riding lessons
All ages and abilities, from a first lead-rein lesson to independent work over fences.
Rider certification
The graded syllabus, Levels 1 to 9. Each level examined before you move up.
Show jumping and dressage
Competition training, with coaching at regional and national shows.
IB equestrian programmes
PYP, MYP and DP modules delivered on the farm with school partners.
Indus Equestrian Team
A year in the squad, two or three classes a week, beginners and advanced.
Equine-assisted therapy
EAP, EAL and hippotherapy, with horses working alongside practitioners.
Leadership with horses
Corporate teams, teens and tweens: trust, communication, confidence.
Trails and outrides
Nature rides across and beyond the eight acres.
Camps and pony parties
Summer camps, birthday rides and family picnics on the farm.
Livery and concierge
Full livery, schooling, and care for horses that live here.
Canter
Three beats, and a moment of suspension inside every stride.

- 01Mount, halt, walk on. The horse listens to you for the first time.
- 02Rising trot on both diagonals, and steering that does not need the rail.
- 03Sitting trot, transitions on a marker, and tack you can put on yourself.
- 04Canter on a named lead, held all the way round.
- 05Poles and a cross-pole in rhythm. Nothing changes about the canter.
- 06A course of small fences, ridden from memory.
- 07Lateral work, lengthening, and a dressage test ridden through.
- 08Competing away from home. A different arena, the same round.
- 09Schooling a horse that is not yours, and coaching a rider below you.
Nine levels, examined. Registration is ₹15,500; equine groom and advanced courses run alongside the ladder.

“I have visited Kings Farm multiple times and enjoyed the experience immensely. A must-visit for kids and adults who want to try the sport — Mr. Vivek is very professional.”
“We tried Kings Farm for something entirely different: a pre-wedding photoshoot. We were welcomed by a gracious and accommodating host, and it was a memorable experience.”
